Facility maintenance

We ask that you take care of the rooms, common areas, gardens, furniture, and other hotel facilities. If your pet causes any damage, defects, stains, or deterioration to the facilities, furniture, linens, or any other element of the hotel, additional charges may apply depending on the type and severity of the damage.

Guest responsibility

The pet owner or handler must supervise the pet at all times and will be responsible for any behavior, damage, or incidents it may cause during its stay. We appreciate you taking the necessary precautions to ensure your pet is comfortable, safe, and under control throughout your visit.
